How Atlas Math Works

Download the personalized practice app they use in class

Program Structure

Atlas Math is a small part of all the mathematics they do at school. Before downloading Atlas, we wanted to introduce you to the two classroom dynamics where students learn mathematics.
3 or 4 days/week

Knowledge-building sessions

Students build knowledge through hands-on activities, guided discovery, and problem-solving.
45 minutes/week

Personalized practice sessions

Students consolidate knowledge and work independently with the Atlas Math app.

Select the platform from which you’ll access our app and follow the instructions to install it.

Tablets and cell phones

New installations: Download the Innovamat App from the Google Play Store or App Store depending on your phone oor tablet’s operating system.

Upgrades: If you already have an older version, you only need to update it from the Google Play Store or App Store. It may have updated automatically if you have this option configured.
Android installation requirements

Minimum requirements:
RAM memory: 2 GB
Samsung TAB-A (2015) or equivalent device
Operating system: Android OS 6

Recommended requirements:
RAM memory: 3 GB
Operating system: Android OS 8 or later

 
iOS installation requirements

Minimum requirements:
RAM memory: 2 GB
Device: iPad Air 1
Operating system: iOS 13

Recommended requirements:
RAM memory: 2 GB
Operating system: iOS 13

Chromebooks

New installations: Download the Innovamat App from the Google Play Store or the Chrome Store (both options are valid).

Upgrades: If you already have an older version, you only need to update it from the Google Play Store or Chrome Store. It may update automatically if you have this option configured.

Recommended requirements:

RAM memory: 4 GB

Computers

To use the Innovamat App on a computer, there is no need to download or install anything; students log into the app from a shortcut on the desktop. This option does not require updates as they are automatic.

Follow these steps:

  1. If you have the Innovamat App installed from previous years, uninstall it.
  2. If you have a firewall: add the domains: innovamat.com, innovamat.cloud, cloudfront.net to the list.
  3. Access the following link: https://student.innovamat.com
  4. Create a shortcut on the desktop (if you don’t know how to do this, follow the steps in the video).
  5. That’s it! Now you can access the app at any time with any teacher account.

If your computer is frozen (Deep Freeze or similar):

  1. First, unfreeze the computer.
  2. Follow the steps in the previous section.
  3. And, very important! Before freezing again: log in and select the stage.

Windows installation requirements

Operating system: Windows 7 (specific drivers required)

Recommended requirements:
RAM memory: 4 GB DDR3
Operating system: Windows 10

 
Mac installation requirements

Minimum requirements:
RAM memory: 4 GB DDR3

Recommended requirements:
RAM memory: 4 GB DDR3
Linux installation requirements

Minimum requirements:
RAM memory: 4 GB DDR3
Operating system: Ubuntu 18

Recommended requirements:
RAM memory: 4 GB DDR3
Operating system: Ubuntu 20

Other devices

Some devices (e.g. digital whiteboards) use the Android operating system, but do not have access to Google Play and therefore you will need to install the app APK directly.

New installations: Download the APK file from the Innovamat website. A ZIP file will be downloaded, which must be unzipped, ran and installed.

Upgrades: Remove the app from the device and re-download the APK file. Repeat the installation process.
